Any use of this site or orders placed via this site are governed by the policies, terms and conditions set forth below. Your use of this site, ordering goods or services indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. These conditions shall be governed by the law of Washington.

You will immediately be billed the total amount of the selected products. We will then immediately ship you your selected products. This charge will appear on your billing statement as ULTIMATEDASHCAM. Your products will be shipped via USPS/DHL within 1-2 business days of your order. If our selected product is not right for you, simply call (360) 216-7545 or contact us via email at support@ultimatedashcam.com to cancel your order.

If for any reason the product becomes defective, we will replace the defective product for a new product.

Order Acceptance

Payment must be received by us prior to acceptance of an order. We are not responsible for pricing, typographical or other errors in any offer and we reserve the right to cancel any orders resulting from such errors and issue a refund to the original form of payment.

Shipping Policy

We typically ship goods within 24-48 hours of acceptance of the order but this time could be extended due to exceptional circumstances such as public holidays. Shipment will always be made by a service that allows online tracking. The choice of carrier is at our discretion and goods may be shipped from different warehouses in different locations. Delivery should reach the customer in a maximum of fourteen days unless there are delays due to events outside our control, including but not limited to bad weather, customs delays, postal strikes or if there is a delay on the customer’s end, for example if the customer is not available to sign for the delivery.

Item ships within 24 hours of ordering during the business week. Weekend orders will ship on Monday.

Failed delivery packages or returned to sender packages will be returned to our warehouse. If you would like to have the merchandise re-delivered, you should contact our Customer Service department who will be able to quote you the applicable re-delivery fee.

Refunds and Return Policy

We offer a 30 day no questions asked return policy. We offer a 100% satisfaction, money-back guarantee subject to the following terms.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase contact our Customer Service department using the Contact Us link on this website within 30 (thirty) days of receipt of the merchandise to claim the refund.
You will be given a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number to place on your package. Write this number on the outside of the shipping package, and send back the unopened product to our fulfillment center at the address that will be given to you by our Customer service department at the time the RMA is issued. You must pay for return shipping and the shipping date should be within 5 days of the issue of the RMA. We recommend that you use a service that allows online tracking and proof of receipt as we are not liable for goods that may be lost in transit when being returned to us.
Once our fulfillment center has received the package and verified the RMA number and relayed the correct information to us, you will be issued a refund. Your refund will be credited back to your original form of payment, and may take up to 7 business days to show in your statement, depending on the speed of the processing bank.
This refund guarantee is only good for the first purchase. Refunds will not be issued for repeat purchases by the same customer or household. Refunds will be made back via the method originally used.

Credit Card Billing

For all products and services purchased through this website your credit card statement will read ultimatedashcam.com or a similar descriptor. However in some cases, especially in the case of cards issued in a country other than the billing country, it is possible that a different descriptor might appear on your credit card or bank statement but you should still be able to recognize the transactions by the amount and date. Please note that some card issuing banks may charge a cross-border or international transaction fee. Such fees if any are charged by your bank and not by us and as such we have no control over them. Attempts to issue a Chargeback via your credit card company without returning the goods in accordance with the Refunds ad Returns Policy above will be considered as fraud and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent allowed by law.
